Brookfield Properties recently hosted an exclusive preview for the upcoming Speak Out Loud festival, a two-day celebration of literature, arts, and culture. Scheduled for April 24–25, the festival will transform Downtown Powai into a vibrant hub for creative exchange and community storytelling.
The curtain-raiser featured a distinguished panel of guests, Pooja Bhatt – Acclaimed actor and filmmaker, Sunita Pant Bansal – Noted author, Charu Thapar – EVP and Head of Operations & CRM at Brookfield Properties.
A focal point of the evening was the official launch of The Ashes Are Warm, a poignant new book exploring the life and legacy of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt. The subsequent discussions provided a glimpse into the festival’s thematic depth, emphasizing the power of narrative and cultural dialogue.
